Local merino wool dyed with marigolds weekly from the garden of my home in Hudson, NY, then woven into a continuous warp. Spring, Summer and Fall.

A basket that I started in May 2019 with pine needles. Each month I collected materials, mostly natural, and coiled them into a basket. As I began, I did not know where I would go or how I would get there. I did not know what the basket would look like until it was finished. This basket is a document of change and the continuation of life.
